Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-year experience in instructional material design and training documentation
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing operations environment
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in delivery operations
• Prior experience with Knowledge Management methodologies, tools, and concepts
• Strong technical writing skills
• Strong communication skills
• Awareness of the importance of data and key performance metrics
Job Functions:

• Managing the information or ‘knowledge’ base of the company/academy
• Provide employees/learners with the knowledge, tools, and skills that they need to optimize their performance at work
• Responsible for maintaining and validating the content of the knowledge base
• Responsible for drafting new knowledge content
• Gathering, analyzing, and reporting key knowledge metrics to leadership
• Assist in maintaining the organization’s knowledge infrastructure
• Share best practices and tactical knowledge across the organization
• Provide knowledge, coaching to associates and help facilitate knowledge coaching program
• Assess the quality of knowledge articles or contents and provide feedback to associates
• Monitor the health of the knowledge base, analyze article patterns and trends, and make suggestions for improvement
